Toutefois, dit Serigne Mbaye Thiam, il y avait au niveau du Ps certaines personnes qui pensaient que le Ps est un mouvement de soutien et par conséquent ne devait pas aller en coalition avec d’autres partis. «L’histoire nous montre aujourd’hui que la façon dont ils veulent aborder les législatives donne raison sur le fait que nous sommes dans l’air des coalitions, parce que ces gens-là ne sont pas partis pour conduire quelque chose, mais pour être dans une coalition», affirme le sieur Thiam.
