La population diourbelloise est sortie en masse hier, pour assister au défilé commémorant les 57 ans d’indé- pendance et de souveraineté du Sénégal.Très tôt massées tout le long de l’avenue Alpha Thiongane où se déroulait le défilé civil et militaire, hommes, femmes, enfants, ont donné de la couleur à la célébration de la fête nationale hier mardi. Le gouverneur de la région de Diourbel, Mouhamadou Moustapha Ndao en a profité, dans son allocution, pour demander à la jeunesse de s’approprier des opportunités qu’offre le plan Sénégal émergent.
