Hier, Aly Bandel Niang et ses exemployés ont fait face au juge du tribunal du travail de Matam, mais ils n’ont pas pu trouver une conciliation. Après avoir écouté les deux parties, le juge Camara leur a exposé les possibilités offertes par la loi en cas de conflit entre employeur et employé. Aly Bandel Niang a dit qu’il est prêt à reprendre tous les employés sauf Birama Nar et Baïdy Kane. Mais, il s’est heurté à la détermination des autres membres du Collectif qui, par solidarité, ont séance tenante, exprimé leur désaccord par rapport à cette proposition. Rejetant cette offre, ils ont demandé le paiement de leurs droits qu’ils ont individuellement évalués à 800.000 Fcfa. Excédé par cette exigence, Aly Bandel Niang a demandé au juge de régler cette affaire puisqu’il déclare qu’il détient les preuves de la concurrence déloyale, motif du licenciement. En attendant le juge a demandé aux deux parties de rester à l’écoute pour une convocation ultérieure devant le tribunal. Pour rappel, un collectif d’employés licenciés poursuit le gérant de la boulangerie Aly Bandel Niang devant le Tribunal du travail de Matam pour licenciement abusif.
