Le Directeur général de la Senelec, Makhtar Cissé, est inquiété par l’insécurité causée par l’installation des réseaux électriques du Sénégal. Il l’a dit hier lors d’un panel organisé à l’Institut africain de management (Iam) sur le thème de la “Place de la sécurité dans nos organisation”.
Durant sont exposé, Makhtar Cissé a exprimé son indignation face à la cohabitation des populations avec les installations de la Senelec. “Avec le système électrique sénégalais, il est terrifiant de le dire, mais nous sommes dans une insécurité totale”, a-t-il avoué. Il fait remarquer que les pylônes électriques traversent Dakar, enjambent les populations. En guise d’exemple, il indique avoir vu, à hauteur de l’Autoroute à péage, une maison dont un des supports est une pylône de 225 mille voltes.
Mais le plus terrifiant dans cette histoire, c’est que le Dg de la Senelec semble être impuissant devant le fait. Il explique que des actions ont été menées en ce sens, mais sans avoir les résultats escomptés. Plusieurs menaces d’arrestation et de déguerpissement ont été servies aux populations, pour résoudre ce “gros problème de sécurité”, mais les mauvaises pratiques demeurent.
Et dans “ce désordre ambiant”, Makhtar Cissé est d’avis qu’il n’est pas possible de développer le pays.
