Faux certificat de mariage

En voulant se rendre en Amérique du Sud, Ibra Kane a usé de subterfuges en prétextant être l’époux d’une sénégalaise qui travaille à l’ambassade du Sénégal au Brésil. A cet effet, il s’est attaché les services de l’officier d’état civil Couro Ba en fonction au centre secondaire de Bourguiba pour disposer d’un faux certificat de mariage. Seulement, Mme Kane informée de cette entreprise délictuelle, a porté plainte pour contestation du mariage. Ce qui a été à l’origine de l’arrestation du présumé époux Ibra Kane ainsi que de l’officier d’état civil. Tous ont comparu hier à la barre des flagrants délits pour faux usage de faux en écritures privées dans un certificat de mariage, avant d’être condamnés à six mois avec sursis. Pourtant eu égard à la gravité des faits, le représentant du parquet avait sollicité une peine de deux ans ferme contre les prévenus.
