Seulement, Mme Kane informée de cette entreprise délictuelle, a porté plainte pour contestation du mariage. Ce qui a été à l’origine de l’arrestation du présumé époux Ibra Kane ainsi que de l’officier d’état civil. Tous ont comparu hier à la barre des flagrants délits pour faux usage de faux en écritures privées dans un certificat de mariage, avant d’être condamnés à six mois avec sursis. Pourtant eu égard à la gravité des faits, le représentant du parquet avait sollicité une peine de deux ans ferme contre les prévenus.
