Mille accréditions seront attribuées aux journalistes pour la bonne couverture médiatique de l’édition 2017 du grand magal de Touba qui sera célébré le mercredi 8 novembre prochain, a annoncé le président de la commission culture et communication du Grand Magal, Serigne Cheikh Abdou Lahad Mbacké Ibn Gaïndé Fatma.
“Pour cette année, [nous avons prévu] 1000 accréditations pour les journalistes”, a dit le président de cette commission du grand magal de Touba qui était ce lundi l’invité de la rédaction de l’Agence de presse sénégalaise (APS).
Serigne Cheikh Abdou Lahad Mbacké a annoncé que les journalistes accrédités seront logés dans 13 sites à l’intérieur de Touba pendant cette rencontre religieuse annuelle. Il a ajouté que toutes les mesures seront prises afin d’améliorer leurs conditions d’hébergement pour une meilleure efficacité dans leur travail. A en croire le président de la Commission culture et communication du Magal, “la presse est un partenaire à qui le comité d’organisation de cet événement religieux de dimension internationale accorde une grande importance”.
“Nous avons un contenu, des enseignements de Cheikh Ahmadou Bamba que nous voulons vulgariser partout à travers le monde. Nous ne pouvons pas trouver meilleur partenaire pour vulgariser l’œuvre de Cheikh Ahmadou Bamba”, a-t-il fait valoir.
Sur ce point, a estimé Serigne Cheikh Abdou Lahad Mbacké, “l’APS, en tant qu’organe-mère qui a toujours su jouer ce rôle, a sa place dans ce dispositif-là”.
