  12. Nice to see another Green Man aficionado! Have you read Susan Cooper's Green Boy? It ends with a marvellous evocation of the Green Man, I think. Also well worth a look are Geraldine McCaughgrean's The Stones are Hatching, Jane Gardam's sad and lyrical The Green Man and – ahem – my own Death of a Ghost.Not so many children's books based on the SheelaNaGig, mind…

Is it another lonely night in a corporate hotel with only the bar fridge as company? I only jest because I wish I could have your airpoints sadly my crippling green guilt won't allow me to use up that amount of plane fuel.

For years I have had success in online discussions about such things as the supposed impending bankruptcy of the US by asking the simple question, “What is the source of US dollars?” That question shuts people up, but I do not think that it turns minds off. When you ask the question, people know the answer.

  18. The native peoples of the world have tried to warn humanity about what happens when you live against nature instead of with it. The Hopi warnings are spot on with the disasters that happen when you do not take care of the earth. But greed seems to be more important to too many people. Also I meet too many people who have no clue how nature works and just don’t care. Hope humanity wakes up soon before it is too late.

  20. With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into any problems of plagorism or copyright violation? My blog has a lot of exclusive content I’ve either authored myself or outsourced but it seems a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my agreement. Do you know any ways to help prevent content from being ripped off? I’d truly appreciate it.
