Elles accélèrent le pas pour la réalisation de la boucle du Boudié, la reconstruction des marchés Syndicat de Pikine et Zinc de Kaolack, les travaux de construction des nouveaux lycées de Ngor et de Yoff, ainsi que les chantiers d’assainissement et d’aménagement de Yeumbeul Nord, de Malika et de Keur Massar.
