Le prévenu a été condamné à deux ans ferme en plus d’une amende de 100.000 Fcfa. En effet, la victime habite dans le même quartier que son bourreau. Un jour, alors que Sarr était ivre, il a été invité par le jeune homme dans sa chambre. Sur les lieux, ce dernier a abusé de lui à plusieurs reprises avant de le libérer. Partie à l’hôpital, la victime a été examinée par l’homme de l’art qui lui a délivré un certificat médical qu’il a déposé à la police. Arrêté, le mis en cause a nié les faits qui lui sont reprochés. A la barre, il a réitéré ses déclarations faites à l’enquête préliminaire. Selon le parquet, les parties intimes de la victime ont subi des agissements. Un acte doit être relevé, car la partie civile a eu des blessures au niveau du cou et sur son front. Le choc est que le viol a eu lieu sur le sexe. La défense soutient que la partie civile étant ivre ne pouvait pas se rappeler les faits. Elle plaide la relaxe. Un réquisitoire qui n’a pas été entendu par le juge qui a condamné Boubacar Baldé à deux ans de prison.
