Receveuse de ticket de bus, Daba Diaw a été agressée vers 5 heures du matin alors qu’elle se rendait au travail. Un certain Ass Mbegué a soustrait à la pauvre dame son sac contenant la somme de 240.000 F. L’agresseur lui a asséné un coup de pierre avant de s’emparer du butin. Connu dans le quartier pour ses actes malveillants, Ass Mbegué a vite démasqué et traduit à la barre du tribunal des flagrants délits de Dakar. Il a condamné à 4 ans de prison ferme pour vol avec violence contre Daba Diaw, receveuse de ticket de bus. Ass Mbegué va également payer à la victime une somme de 240.000F en guise de dommages et intérêts réclamés par la partie civile. Heureusement que la victime Daba Diaw est sortie indemne de l’agression.
