YEUMBEUL – Un dealer tombe avec 117 cornets de Yamba

Le sieur Mouhamed Fadel Guèye a été attrait hier à la barre du Tribunal des flagrants délits de Dakar. Il était poursuivi pour offre ou cession de chanvre indien. Ce dealer qui est bien connu du milieu interlope de la banlieue dakaroise, a été récemment interpellé par les éléments de la Brigade de recherches du commissariat de police de Yeumbeul. Il a été pris dans les filets des limiers au moment où il s’apprêtait à écouler quelque 117 cornets de Yamba. C’estsur ces entrefaites qu’il a été cravaté et jeté dans le panier à salade. Soumis au feu roulant des enquêteurs, il a reconnu sans ambages les faits qui lui sont reprochés. Toutefois, à l’instruction d’audience, il s’est rétracté en optant pour la dénégation systé- matique comme moyen de défense. Cette stratégie n’a pas fait long feu, puisque le représentant du ministère public a requis à son encontre une peine de deux ans d’emprisonnement ferme. Le Tribunal, après en avoir délibéré conformément à la loi, s’est aligné sur le réquisitoire du maître des poursuites. Le juge pénal a ordonné la destruction de la drogue saisie. Le prévenu qui avait déjà maille à partir avec la justice, en décembre 2016 pour desfaitssimilaires, passera ainsi deux années de sa vie derrière les barreau
