‘’Il nous a été transmis le 7 juin 2017, par email, le PV d’audition nous infligeant une sanction de 3 mois avec sursis.’’ La sentence est révélée par le Cadre d’échange des acteurs du basket-ball. La Commission de discipline de la Fédération sénégalaise de basket-ball (FSBB) a sorti le sabre suite à l’audition du vendredi 26 mai dernier.
Malgré cela, les membres du Cadre ne comptent pas mettre de l’eau dans leur vin. ‘’Nous ne sommes pas et ne serons jamais dans les dispositions de négocier ainsi un silence par une sanction symbolique et à la imite fantaisiste, que du reste nous récusons totalement’’, disent-ils dans un communiqué.
Mactar Ndiaye et compagnie, qui n’ont pas ‘’reçu le courrier de notification de la sanction via (leurs) ligues respectives, qui est le canal normal de transmission de correspondances’’, rejettent la forme : ‘’Nous avons observé que le seul signataire du PV est le président de la Commission juridique et n’avons vu aucune signature ou paraphe des autres membres qui nous auront entendus.
Et sur le fond, au finish, le seul point sur les 11 qu’on nous reproche aujourd’hui, c’est le passage traitant du statut de l’intendant : comment ne pas subodorer une supercherie lorsqu’on se rend compte que des présidents ou vice-présidents de club, membres du Comité directeur de la Fédération et participant aux réunions de bureau élargi, se font désigner par le président de la Fédération comme intendants des équipes nationales, dans le seul but de les faire voyage et leur faire gagner de l’argent sans pour autant considérer la lourdeur de la mission’’, ajoutent-ils avant de préciser : ‘’Un intendant d’une équipe nationale est au cœur de la performance ; c’est un métier à part entière et nécessite une grande expérience de la compétition de haut niveau. Nous gagnerons à en former plusieurs. Cela ne peut être le premier dirigeant venu qui se voit récompensé pour son support électoral par un voyage assorti de primes destinées aux membres utiles du groupe de performance.’’
Le président de la FSBB, Babacar Ndiaye, avait saisi la Commission de discipline suite à une lettre ouverte du Cadre d’échange des acteurs du basket-ball datée du 8 mai dernier. ‘’Il (Babacar Ndiaye, ndlr) retient qu’on a eu des propos, à la limite, diffamatoires à son égard. Ce qui est en porte-à-faux avec le document lui-même’’, a tonné Mactar Ndiaye.
La lettre a été signée par le président de Guédiawaye Basket Académie Mamadou Keita, le président de Sibac Mactar Ndiaye, le vice-président de Asfo Malick Gning, le président de la Ligue de Ziguinchor El Hadji Mamadou Sarr et le journaliste Mor Bassine Niang.
