Le Celtic a annoncé ce vendredi que son ancien défenseur ivoirien Kolo Touré allait épauler Brendan Rodgers dans la gestion de l’équipe première.
Kolo Touré poursuit sa reconversion. Après avoir été nommé adjoint à la sélection olympique de la Côte d’Ivoire, l’ancien défenseur, passé notamment par Arsenal et Manchester City, devient l’assistant technique de l’entraîneur Brendan Rodgers au Celtic Glasgow, là où il a disputé sa dernière saison en tant que joueur. «Maintenant, j’ai envie de donner des conseils, d’aider les jeunes joueurs et de leur transmettre mon expérience acquise pendant ma carrière», s’est réjoui Touré sur le site du club.
