Pour réaliser les vœux de Coach Cissé, la Fédération Sénégalaise de Football a mandaté deux matchs-maker pour démarcher et finaliser ces matchs. Les dirigeants sénégalais veulent être invités pour ne rien payer. Une démarche qui freine les ardeurs des agents de matchs.
