Le Credit Mutuel Senegal (Cms) est en crise depuis le depart de Mohammed Ndiaye de la tete de la direction generale. Les choses empirent de jour en jour. L’administrateur provisoire Mamadou Ndiaye n’a fait qu’exacerber la crise, puisqu’il a refuse de payer les primes depuis son arrivee a la tete de l’institution. Recemment promu au Conseil Regional de l’Epargne Publique et des Marches Financiers (Crepmf), il a quitte Dakar pour Abidjan et devrait y rester pendant dix jours, le temps de faire sa passation de service. Pendant ce temps, les travailleurs du Cms ont decide d’entrer en rebellion en arborant des brassards rouges. A partir de ce matin, tous les employes seront en rouge au niveau des differentes agences du Cms. Les delegues du personnel qui ont tente, a maintes reprises, de discuter avec l’administrateur provisoire en vain, ont decide de durcir le ton. Ils menacent de bloquer les caisses, si l’Etat ne prend pas le dossier en main pour leur trouver un directeur general hic et nunc. D’apres un delegue du personnel, Mamadou Ndiaye n’a pas la tete ici et gere de le Cms en solo en excluant tous les partenaires sociaux.
