Aussi appelé “petit lait” ou lactosérum, le liquide qui se trouve à la surface des yaourts contient des protéines, des vitamines, des minéraux et des oligo-éléments. Il ne faut pas hésiter à le boire ou à le mélanger avec le reste du yaourt.

A noter: un yaourt entamé ne doit pas obligatoirement être jeté. Il peut être conservé jusqu’au repas suivant si le pot a été correctement couvert avec l’opercule d’origine, du papier d’alu ou du film extensible.
