Khalifa Sall a offert à titre de garantie, pour obtenir une liberté sous caution, quatre biens lui appartenant : un terrain bâti de 150 mètres carrés sis aux Parcelles Assainies d’une valeur de 61,020 millions de Fcfa, un terrain bâti de 152 mètres carrés se trouvant à Sacré-Coeur II (108,5 millions Fcfa), un terrain de 489 mètres carrés en cours de construction à Yoff (177,2 millions Fcfa) et un terrain de 10 mille mètre carré identifié à Sangalkam et dont le prix serait de 223,6 millions Fcfa.
Pour le reste, il s’agit de biens immobiliers de Mbaye Touré, le Directeur administratif et financier de la Mairie de Dakar -écroué en même temps que Khalifa Sall- qui a accepté de consentir une hypothèque sur son terrain et a des tiers qui ont déclaré accepter de se porter caution hypothécaire suivant attestation d’engagement signées par devant le notaire Me Alioune Ka, révélé le journal Libération, lu par Actunet.
En haut de la liste, on retrouve Ghaël Ndèye Samb, épouse du maire de Dakar, qui a mis sur la table une maison construite sur 350 mètres carré au Point E. Valeur estimée : 322,9 millions Fcfa.
