Sur le chantier de l’Aéroport international de Blaise Diagne (Aibd), l’heure est aux finitions. La société d’exploitation, Sal Sa, qui se prépare pour un démarrage sans anicroche, a, cependant apporté quelques précisions à propos du choix du groupe français Lagardère pour la gestion des boutiques de l’aéroport (Duty free).
«Pour chacune des activités de l’aéroport, de nombreuses offres nous sont parvenues. Les sélections ont été faites selon des critères objectifs, tels que l’exigence de qualité, la pertinence de l’offre, avec le souci permanent de la cohérence économique», renseigne Sal Sa dans un communiqué.
La société d’exploitation de détailler : «Depuis plusieurs mois des consultations ont été lancées et de nombreuses entreprises sénégalaises ont transmis des dossiers pertinents et innovants. A ce stade, parmi les 19 contrats en négociations avec Sal Sa, nous sommes en mesure d’affirmer que 17 entreprises sénégalaises ont été retenues, dont celles opérant actuellement à Ailss (Aéroport Léopold Sédar Senghor), et (en plus de) 2 compagnies étrangères, Lagardère pour le Duty Free et Secco pour la restauration.»
Dans le communiqué, on souligne qu’«il s’agit pour [eux], en tant que société de gestion, de placer l’Aéroport international Blaise Diagne dès son décollage dans les standards internationaux, et surtout dans des conditions de performances à la hauteur de l’ambition du Sénégal».
