Pont sénégambien – Il sort de l’eau…

C’est une nouvelle qui devrait réjouir plus d’un. Le pont sur le fleuve Gambie, qui faciliterait la circulation des personnes et des biens entre les pays notamment est en plein chantier. En témoigne cette photo partagée par notre confrère de BBC Afrique Samba Dialimpa Badji.

On y voit trois gigantesques poutres en train de sortir de l’eau. A terme, l’ouvrage soulagerait particulièrement les Sénégalais se rendant en Casamance. Obligés qu’ils sont pour la plupart de patienter des heures durant à attendre le bac, à défaut de prendre la voie cahoteuse de contournement.
