Le ministre de l’Intérieur, Aly Ngouille Ndiaye, entouré des principaux directeurs dont les services concourent à la bonne organisation du Grand Magal de Touba, a présidé un Crd spécial, ce lundi, en vue de procéder aux derniers réglages avant cet évènement d’envergure mondiale.
Occasion saisie par le porte-parole du Khalife général des Mourides, Serigne Bass Abdou Khadre Mbacké, Président du Comité d’organisation du Grand Magal, pour rappeler l’importance de cette cérémonie commémorative du départ en exil de Cheikh Ahmadou Bamba.
“Le Magal de Touba est la seule fête qui profite à l’économie nationale. On peut relever que durant cet événement, près du 1/5 du budget national est mobilisé. Le Magal est aussi le seul rendez-vous pour tous les foyers religieux du pays. Il est un évènement religieux qui participe à la stabilité du pays”, s’est félicité Serigne Bass Abdou Khadre Mbacké.
Une manière de dire que l’Etat a intérêt à tout faire pour une bonne organisation de ce rendez-vous annuel.
