À cause d’une nouvelle constitution d’avocats du côté de la défense, le tribunal correctionnel de Dakar a renvoyé hier le procès opposant Abdoul Mbaye, poursuivi pour complicité de faux commis dans un document administratif par son ex-conjointe Aminata Diack, au 4 mai prochain. La même date a été retenue pour l’affaire dans laquelle le banquier est le poursuivant. Il a servi une citation directe à son ex-épouse pour complicité de faux et usage de faux en écritures publiques authentiques et tentative d’escroquerie.
