L’absence de l’ancien ministre Thierno Alassane Sall à la rencontre de Bennoo Bokk Yakaar (Bby) de ce week-end à Thiès, a suscité beaucoup d’interrogations, d’autant plus qu’il est le coordonnateur de l’Apr dans la ville. Mais pour l’Ingénieur Malèye Diop, proche collaborateur de Thierno Alassane Sall, l’ancien ministre fait bien la différence entre les activités politiques et les activités gouvernementales. « Thierno Alassane Sall reste à la même position dans le parti, le départ du gouvernement n’a aucune conséquence sur son engagement politique», a expliqué Malèye Diop. Il ajoute, «je défie quiconque peut prouver un seul acte posé par Thierno Alassane Sall et allant dans le sens du reniement de son engagement politique aux côtés du président de la République. Ils sont des frères qui ont cheminé ensemble, qui ont construit ensemble l’Apr. Donc leur souci, c’est une victoire aux législatives ». Il a par ailleurs, félicité Abdou Mbow pour «sa maturité politique».
