L’affaire de meurs qui défraie toujours la chronique au quartier Arafat de Rufisque a été finalement jugée hier au niveau du Tribunal de grande instance de Dakar. La victime qui est élève en classe de CE2, prétend avoir été abusée sexuellement par un de ses cousins répondant au nom de Toumany Fofana. A l’en croire, ce dernier qui est maçon de son état, a profité de l’absence de ses parents pour la contraindre à une partie de plaisir. Mais à la barre, le prévenu a nié les faits qui lui sont reprochés. Selon Toumany Fofana dont les propos ont été corroborés par un témoin, c’est plutôt le père de l’écolière qui est le bourreau de sa propre fille. Enfonçant le clou, le témoin cité par la défense pour éclairer la lanterne du Tribunal n’y est pas allé par quatre chemins pour dé- clarer à la stupéfaction générale, avoir surpris un jour le père en plein ébats sur sa fille. Accusations contre accusations, le maî- tre des poursuites qui a perdu son latin dans cette tragédie familiale, s’en est rapporté à la sagesse du Tribunal. Étant donné que cette affaire comporte beaucoup de zones d’ombres, elle a été finalement mise en délibéré à la date du 25 avril prochain. Au sortir de la salle, le témoin ayant comparu dans cette affaire en a pris pour son grade. Il a été tout bonnement abreuvé d’injures par le camp adverse qui a failli lui faire passer un sale quart d’heure. Fort heureusement pour lui, qu’il y avait une présence dissuasive des forces de l’ordre.
