Le secrétaire général de la Cnts-Fc, Cheikh Diop, en a profité pour axer son propos sur trois points à savoir, l’état du dialogue social, le parachèvement des mauvaises politiques de privatisation et les droits et libertés. En ce qui concerne le passif social, Cheikh Diop a estimé que la mise en œuvre des politiques publiques porteuses de progrès par le gouvernement ne laisse pas indifférents les syndicalistes. «Il y a des mesures prises concernant les ex travailleurs, mais il y a le passif social des travailleurs actifs. Attaquons-nous à ce passif social pour que cette volonté sociale puisse avoir un effet immédiat», a-t-il revendiqué devant le chef de l’État. Le Sg de la Cnts-Fc a aussi évoqué la gestion de la Sodefitex tout en invitant le chef de l’État à y rejeter un coup d’œil. Selon lui, la société recule. À l’en croire, elle avait une capacité de production de 150.000 tonnes et elle est maintenant à 15.000 tonnes. Cheikh Diop a aussi alerté sur le non respect des droits des travailleurs dans les projets gérés par les asiatiques. Selon lui, les droits destravailleurssont foulés au pied. Il reste juste à mettre en œuvre. Mais s’ils veulent aller en grève pour cela, ils n’ont qu’à y aller». Pour le chef de l’État, quand on fait des efforts, on ne peut pas récolter cette réaction de la part des syndicats, cela n’encourage pas le gouvernement. «On ne peut pas faire tous ces efforts, et les gens comme réponse, disent qu’ils vont en grève. C’est difficile dans l’esprit du dialogue, mais je croyais que l’on avait réglé cette situation.
