Ce paiement prend en charge aussi bien les nouveaux bacheliers boursiers que les anciens étudiants détenteurs de bourses. Les services de Amadou Bâ de poursuivre que, conscient du rôle prépondérant que jouent les bourses dans le cursus universitaire des étudiants, l’Etat du Sénégal est plus que jamais disposé à les accompagner dans leurs études.
