Les Hauts conseillers des collectivités territoriales ont salué jeudi, dans une résolution, les nouvelles réformes dont le système de sécurité, de défense civile et militaire ont fait l’objet en anticipant la prise en charge efficace des nouvelles menaces et vulnérabilités.
Lors de la clôture de la première session ordinaire de l’année 2017, du Haut conseil des collectivités territoriales (HCCT), ils ont félicité les Forces de défense et de sécurité sénégalaises pour ’’leur courage, leur dévouement au travail et le sens de l’honneur dont elles font montre dans l’exercice des missions militaires, paramilitaires’’.
Le HCCT a également salué les actions civilo-militaires et de développement socio-économique qui sont régulièrement assignées aux forces de défense et de sécurité.
Les Hauts conseillers ont rendu hommage aux membres des familles militaires pour ’’leur patience patriotique, leur soutien affectif permanent et leur endurance’’.
’’Nous rendons hommage à leur grandeur dans la gestion des épreuves qui frappent ces forces dans l’exercice de leurs délicates missions de promotion de la paix et de la sécurité intérieures et internationales’’, lit-on dans la résolution transmise à l’APS.
Les membres du HCCT ont salué le ’’rôle déterminant’’ des Forces de défense et de sécurité auprès des forces de la CEDEAO dans le rétablissement de l’ordre constitutionnel en Gambie.
